You can cancel a full refund request until the request is accepted by the merchant. If you need to cancel the request after the merchant has accepted it, please contact us through the chat feature on the platform to cancel the order. Wefir platform reserves the right not to issue full or partial refunds if you cancel the order after acceptance.


The merchant may cancel the order later after you receive confirmation that it has been sent to the merchant. Wefir platform and our merchant partners reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and you will be immediately notified of any such cancellation. Wefir records only your successfully completed orders, and in the case of failed online payment, the order amount will be refunded to your Wefir account as order credit unless you requested a refund to the source and the original payment method, which will be processed within seven to fourteen days depending on the bank you deal with.


Delivery: You should be aware that the available goods offered by Wefir may vary from one delivery area to another. By entering your delivery address on the platform, you will be shown the sellers we provide at that time. Delivery areas may expand, shrink, or change depending on different circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, force majeure situations, etc
